For eServe shown pop up error message for small order surcharge
1. No need action due to current no any questions from customer about this issue but K.Chittra will check the history record that there are any customers who skulk place small order which it should be charged or not. If have, will inform TM.
I’m not sure how difficult for K.Chittra requires to list the case. Is this to list from the customer complaints? If yes, if I’m not wrong, co-locator has to open the complaint word one by one. Any database which Shell CARE keeps the resolution in the Shell CARE system which could search or extract easily? If there is, it will be great help.
2. Co-Locator review historical data that there are any customer who not place order special grade or not. If have, then will remove them from approval small order surcharge list.
