The lecturer for the microbiology class has various issues in trying to find the best learning method to teach her students and to try and communicate with them. Despite repeating crucial information to them, they still did not listen to her or take in any information about the experiment. Another problem the lecturer faces is organising classes that suit the needs of the students without creating an overload of work. It seemed like she had planned way too many activities for the two-hour class thus the students started losing their way and stopped paying attention. Even when the lecturer asked the students about the class, many of them mentioned that they lost their way and could not comprehend what was happening in the class. In terms of the problems the students both faced and caused, many of them, due to the load of activities planned in the class, lost their way whereas the others it seemed just lacked motivation to do anything or put in any effort. As said by one of the students, they started arguing when she tried to clarify that they were doing the experiment wrong and due to that, the mood to learn completely vanished.
