These findings confirm that when users perceive high
levels of utilitarian and hedonic values from the use of MHB, they
are more likely to continuously use MHB technology. In addition,
the impact of utilitarian value on MHB users’ continued use produced
a stronger path coefficient than the path from hedonic value.
This result illustrated that utilitarian value of MHB is a more critical
factor than hedonic value in terms of users’ continued usage
intentions toward MHB technology.
