We have launched the CBRE/SCB employee engagement survey – it is open NOW until 24th June.
What is the staff engagement survey?
It’s your chance to share your honest thoughts and feedback about what it’s like here, what’s working well and what isn’t, and how to make the CBRE account and the Bank a better, more effective place to work. The survey is completely anonymous so you can share your thoughts in complete confidence.
Is it the same as the Bank’s My Voice survey?
The survey is similar to the Bank’s My Voice survey but more specific to CBRE and what affects you as a member of the account team. The results will be shared with SCB to make the account and the Bank a better place to work.
Why is it important?
The survey gives our people a voice in issues that impact both their working lives and the performance of the Bank and CBRE. Open, honest feedback drives change that matters to our people and helps us deliver our strategy.
What happens next?
You will have received a link to complete the staff engagement survey. You will need about 10 minutes to answer a set of questions on diverse topics that include culture, conduct, delivering results and opportunities available to us on the CBRE account with SCB.
The survey will be open until Friday, 24th June.
What about the results?
Your manager will be sharing your team results with you from July and together you can work out what is working well, what isn’t and how you can make improvements.
