@ Sam – please have a look also. There is a potential improvement for in point #4. As the portal generates a new member number, it is also possible to display the member barcode at the same time so that once the customer completes the entry, the POS can then scan the barcode right away.
Otherwise, after successfully creating the account, the cashier can search for customer profile then scan member barcode. This way, the transaction don’t need to be tagged in the ipad.
