MC hereby instructs NWRT to investigate clearly and accurately on what was the root cause of these tilted electric poles. These electric poles were also included in NWRT’s previous claim about the tilted electric poles where NWRT’s transformer are located. Please also check the embedded depth of these electric poles from the ground, as we are all aware that everyday there are lots of heavy equipment passing through the access road where these electric poles are located.
In view of this, MC would like to recall one line from our previous letter with ref. no. MMRP1-MCS-NWRT-1375 [S], mentioning that “Commercial consequence shall be dealt with NWRT at later stage after completion of the rectification works”. This line will be put on “Hold” until the investigation is completed with solid proof that a certain subcontractor was the cause of this tilted electric pole.
We expect NWRT, as one of the biggest Contractor in Thailand and a long-time partner of Marubeni in the Power Plant construction, that this kind of small rectification works from which there was no solid proof of being damaged by another subcontractor(s), can be rectified by NWRT without any commercial implications.
Hence, NWRT usual cooperation and consideration would be much appreciated.
