CT Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis on 12 Jan 2015 with the following conclusion:
Since 30 Sep 2014 and 26 Dec 2013
1. S/P TACE (5x). Dominant right hepatic lobe hepatoma is smaller in size and shows lipoidal uptake.
2. Interval development of new hepatomas in both lobes since the last study of 2013 indicating overall interval progression of the multifocal HCC.
3. Interval finding of bilateral adrenal nodules suspicious for metastases.
4. Stable non-obstructing left renal lower pole calculus.
5. No evidence of pulmonary metastases. Resolved bilateral pleural effusions.
6. Interval increase size of rib metastases.
