Hi,

Miesha and I just met on this issue. Development introduced a new table called g_user_registration_request. All of the new ID created since the code push are created in this table and not added to the g_user table. They are added to the g_user table once the IDs are approved. Miesha and I think that the older pending were added to new table but not removed from the g_user table which is why when the ID are approved we get two IDs. Miesha is emailing the developers in Hyderabad to verify are conclusions. If this is true we can fix this with a database update.
