Single-estate is when the coffee comes from one growing estate and is able to boast of consistent standards and flavor. Single-origin is when the bean of beans is from different estates but are all located in the same part of the country. Blend coffee is when the beans come from different origins. You can drink coffee hot or cold. Baristas are the coffee makers at cafés and coffee shops who will know what kinds of coffee will taste good cold or hot. Tea has more than one type too. There is green, black, white, herbal, and more. Each of these teas has a specific flavor. Most people do drink more than one type of tea, depending on the time of day or how they are feeling.
