Refund if your item is not delivered or as described
Buyers can open a "Return and Refund" request with a seller 5-90 days after the order has been dispatched.
If the buyer and the seller cannot reach an agreement within 10 days, the case will automatically be escalated to DHgate Resolution Center.
DHgate Resolution Center will proactively mediate your dispute case and bring it to a swift conclusion.
DHgate will offer a full refund in the event of the following outcome(s):
You never received your item(s).
You package has arrived damaged.
You receive item(s) that are significantly different from what the seller advertised.
