Take assignments from the customers about their recruitment planning and their specific requirements
- Select the incoming resumes and match them with existing orders and future positions
- Conduct the interview on daily basis to find the most potential and suitable candidates for the customers including Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Human Resource & Administration, IT, and Sale & Marketing positions
- Assist the customers to arrange the interview schedule at customers’ sites
- Act as a consultant and negotiator between the customers and the candidates to reach the successful placement complied with the customers’ salary structure and the candidates’ requirement
- Input data of candidates and customers into Recruitment Management System
- Take permanent job orders from clients
- Preparing applicants resumes ensuring the contents should reflect high standard of presentation and professionalism
- Coordinating the clients and candidates interview arrangement
- Counsel clients in order to effect placement such as market salary rates, availability of candidates, and suitability of job order
- Responsible for filing customers’ profiles, new orders, and candidates’ profiles and enter into company data-base system on daily basis
- Contact the customers on weekly basis for a successful placement
