5.3 Direct effects of justice on OCB
Using samples in different countries, some researchers (e.g.,Alotaibi, 2001; Moorman, 1991; Niehoff & Moorman, 1993; Organ, 1988; Organ & Moorman, 1993) have shown that perceptions of organizational justice are directly related to OCB. It may therefore be expected that these relationships will also be found in the Chinese context.
