You have stated that your boyfriend will provide you full support during your stay in Australia,
and have provided an invitation letter and supporting documents from Mr BOGHOSSIAN for
consideration.
This office considers carefully the support from Australians, particularly if there is a close family
or personal link. I have taken into account the limited evidence to demonstrate your claimed
relationship with Mr BOGHOSSIAN, who has provided written support for your planned visit,
and considered that the offer of support is outweighed. Overall, for a Tourist visa it is the
circumstances of the applicant themselves, above all, which must be considered.
You have stated on the application that you are a Sales Workers of Andaman Pool & Spa,
with an employment letter provided. I consider that you were unable to provide substantive
evidence to demonstrate your regular or monthly income, in assessing whether you have strong
incentives to return to Thailand.
You have also provided a bank statement from Kasikorn Bank indicating total available funds
of 63,473.86 Thai Baht as at 28 June 2016. However, I note that these funds were deposited
into the account over a short period of time and are not consistent with the account’s previous
transaction history. Prior to these recent deposits, the total balance your account was only
509.86 Thai baht. As you have not provided any information regarding the source of these
funds, I cannot be satisfied that your intention to stay in Australia is genuine that it is not the
true indication of your access to sufficient funds.
