Job Description:
Facilitates organization capability on all HR processes subject to Central HR work guidelines and in consultation with HRBP and HO HR functional leads.
Manages close-loop staffing & recruitment of employees levels A1-A4; and coordinates with HO recruitment team to recruit supervisors and managers for current and new contract sites with appropriate levels to meet agreed SLA.
Conducts new hire standard induction program timely and properly to engage new hires to adjust with CEVA work environment, values and culture.
Initiates and delivers informational presentations and training programs as required by business and staff communications needs.
Facilitates preparation of employee’s documents required for training & development, Personnel Actions for staff transfers, salary/benefits adjustments, and promotions, including re-accreditation as agreed SLA to meet company procedures/standards.
Coordinates with other functions, departments in respective area in order to meet HR requirement or staff involvement related to HR.
Involves with all facets regarding employee relations and work regulations; including investigations and corrective actions as well as advising line managers in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
Builds relationships with employees at all levels of the sites, demonstrating awareness of their different needs and backgrounds.
Interfaces with and promotes relationship with labor office and relevant government officers in the assigned site locations to ensure full legal compliance.
