esposibilities:
Support machines installation including site preparation advice to customer.
Do maintenance service according to service manual to customer as assigned.
Repair supported products.
Provide technical advice and training to sales staff and customers.
Study the specifications and technical data of new products.
Handle customer complaint in conjunction with service manager.
Report service activities to superior,
Arrange for product demonstration as required from sales staff.
Answer customer inquiries concerning product installation and maintenance and repair.
Communicate with overseas suppliers concerning technical aspects of products.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Business Unit Manager.
Qualifications:
20 to 35 years of age.
Diploma, high vocation or Bachelor degree in Engineering or related.
2 years or more experience in technical services would be an advantage.
Service mind, positive thinking and ability to work as a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability in English; listening, speaking and writing would be an advantage.
