ulders at444.5nmand486.0nm.Themainemissionpeaks
were specifiedastherecombinationofelectronsandholes
in trappedsurfacestatesresidingintheforbiddenregion
[7,8]. Butfortheshoulders,theywerecausedbythe
shallow levelsofdonorsandacceptorsbetweenthevalence
and conductionbands [9]. Thepresentresultcorresponded
to the435nm(2.85eV)ofAgBiS2 nanostructuredflowers
and hexapod [10].
