the output interference signal waveforms of photo electric detector before real-time tracking compensation is shown in Fig.6 , it can be seen from the figure the in the reset period due to the instability of Y waveguide modulation, the interference output signal of photoelectric detector has a obvious fluctuation, it will take a reset error into the output signal of FOG, and the precision of FOG will be decreased. the output interference signal waveforms of photoelectric detector after real-time tracking compensation is shown in Fig. 7, it can be seen that the output signal is stable in the reset period, that is the reset error has been eliminated.
