One packet of plain Quakers Oatmeal
1 sliced banana
2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
1 tablespoons of water
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1-teaspoon light brown sugar
Directions:
Grind oatmeal in food processor until fine and mix into bowl with eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and 1/3-cup water. More water if you want thinner crepes. Cook on non-stick pan.
Filling: cook bananas in non-stick pan with pam, 1-tablespoon water and brown sugar.
