most famous free, web-based, collaborative, multilingual encyclopedia. Typical features of Web
2.0 applications include social tagging and tagsonomies, content aggregators (e.g. RSS feeds),
functionality aggregators (e.g. web services, mashups), rich user experience, etc.
The social and technical features of Web 2.0 technologies represent a rich source of business
innovation. The term “enterprise 2.0” has been coined to refer to the exploitation of Web 2.0
ideas and technologies by commercial and public-sector organizations [Robinson 2008]. Special
attention to enterprise 2.0 technologies has recently given by large companies such as IBM and
Fuji-Xerox.
