12. Access and Subscriber Management Functions
1. The Equipment proposed shall support PPPoE connection methods according to IETF RFC 2516.
2. The Equipment proposed shall support DHCP connection methods according to IETF RFC 2131 and RFC 2132.
3. The vendor must specify the number of VLAN on which equipment can support a DHCP Relay function.
4. The vendor must specify whether its products support in DHCP relay mode--the forwarding of a DHCP request toward several DHCP servers simultaneously.
5. The equipment shall support PPPoA/PPPoE and IPOA/IPOE auto conversion.
6. The equipment proposed shall support DHCP option 82, DHCP option 60 and PPPoE+ (PPPoE intermediate relay agent) according to IETF RFC 3046 and RFC 2132. Please describe which sub-options are used and how their values are determined.
7. The vendor must specify whether its products support the translation PPPoA to PPPoE+ (PPPoE intermediate relay agent) and explain this function implementation, and support PPPoE+ (PPPoE intermediate relay agent) to carry the location information of the PPPoA subscriber.
8. In order to improve the efficiency for testing in live network, the proposed equipment shall support plug & play for the ONU/MSAN equipments with GE/10GE uplink.
