Plant diseases caused by rust fungal pathogens were collected and selection of those with
heavy sporulations for recording conduction. Only one particular disease of sorghum rust from the
National Corn and Sorghum Research Center, Research Experimental Farm in Nakhonratchasima
Province, Northeastern of Thailand was illustrated in this paper. The rust diseased leaf with heavily
fungal fruiting bodies and rusty spore powder was cut to a proper size and placed upside down on a
flat bed scanner (Canon S200) and performed recording at 300 dpi or equivalent to 5 million pixels
sharpness quality. Different infected diseased plant parts were also recorded when necessary. The
rusty symptoms with fruiting structures of the rust pathogen were taken pictures under stereo-zoomed
microscope attached with digital camera (Nikon Coolpix 4500) to reveal larger size fruiting structures.
