It is very difficult for us at this time to confirm the accuracy. We do not have a record for this work process.
Our below questions were coming from our meeting to investigate and find potential causes only.
The corrective action on this problem is ; we will have some additional checks on this work process from the shipment hereafter.
This process is specially done for only HZY, so we need your advice; Is it possible if we will cancel a piece of paper on the side of box? This is because there already is the description on the side of box. If not , pls. give the reason why it has to be.

HZY didn't check all boxes of this product when the first receiving.
This box we didn't do the receiving inspection.
Meanwhile,Because it is come from the same of Yazaki,
we plan do not do the receiving inspection from the next week.
Please make sure your product is right.
