It depends on competition mate.If you have good competition then you won't rank with 301,but if no one is using unlisted in your niche,you have a better chance ranking with 301 views.
Also fiverr views are quite crappy mate.You can try qqtube ,the seller has a sales thread here too.

For unlisted method to work you need fake views ,so your video might get deleted if they detect that the views are fake,but I don't think they ban the account.Nowadays they(youtube) just remove the fake views(if detected) and re-upload the vids with 0 views,likes.
