• In case the guest remembers the taxi plate no. staff will help to contact The Department of Land and Transport or Jor Sor 100 Call Center for getting driver contact details and follow up for the guest.
• In case after called and cannot find the contact no. of driver staff will offer the guest to report to the Police Station for reference. (This is not guarantee that guest will get the item back or not). Security Officer will be accompanied guest to the Police Station.
