I would like to explain something that you may heard from K Ton or K Lee from the meeting with K Mark on 3rd Dec. There might be something misunderstanding in the room.
I has been checked from Mark who is from IT support that came to our office all the time, of cause I mentioned K Noom as he the only one who fix our issued log. I also mentioned some more IT members.
I think Mark thought K Noom has been tried to fix the slow Outlook case in our office. As I mentioned to you before, this case should be settled by the right team not Helpdesk. After the meeting with Mark last week, we have the right person supported on this and found something in progress.
I would like to say that K Noom has been supported us on something else not the case of network change in Asia Regional Office. K Noom was here most of the time because we had created log to Helpdesk day by day as I understand his responsibility is in Building D, so only K Noom turned up all the time.
I can confirm that K Noom has completed my challenging requests from this office. He is supportive even though he could not fixed it sometime but tried to find out some solution for us. I can show you my job opened to Helpdesk if required.
Sorry for a long message, just feel that this is not fair to someone who has been blamed without clarification.
