When selecting a computer, there are several factors to consider and to keep in mind: what will the computer be used for, how much use is anticipated, are they any special functions to be performed on or with it, does it need security, to be kid-friendly, and how much graphics will it see and does it need faster than normal processing speed.
This lesson takes a look at different types of computers, their specs and their various uses relative to their specs and integrated parts.
For example, workstations that are used in the design of graphical content put a heavy load of three different primary areas of the system. These areas include, CPU enhancements, video enhancements, and maximized RAM.
