PRESSURE VS STRESS
Often, when we think we are under stress, we are actually
under pressure.
Although used interchangeably, they are two different
concepts.
Stress is the way in which we respond to a level of pressure
that we find unbearable.
Pressure is described as the aggregate of all the demands
placed on you
- Physical demands
(Jogging, flu, noise)
- Psychological demands
(dealing with difficult people, receiving a promotion, having too much work)
• How well they listen
• How they like to be handle
Then you can identify and adapt your style to one that is
most compatible with customer’s.
