CONCLUSION
•A methodologyfor measuring air T and RH during the spray drying process inside the drying chamber has been testedand validated at a pilot scale.
•A comparisonof drying behavior of pure water and of a solution of MD 12 hasbeen performed for different drying parameters.
-) In any tested conditions, evaporationwas very fast near the
atomization device.
-) For high sprayed liquid flow rates, the water contained in MD
solution is more difficult to evaporate leading to
