I have relayed your concerns to GPI USA regarding the lateness of your delivery and as yet they are unable to provide me with tracking details regarding this shipment and are looking into the cause of the situation.
I have advised due to this delay that you will incur a penalty and have stressed the urgency of the matter and am hopeful of a positive outcome when they respond this evening.
Once I have relative details I will ensure to forward them as soon as possible.
