Questions that leaders ask always begin with one of these words
a. What?
b. Who?
c. When?
d. Where

(These questions will give you information)

(This question will give you a person's beliefs)
5. Leaders do not ask questions that can be asked with a yes or no unless they already know the answer.
6. Leaders always maintain eye contact.
7. On first meeting your questions can be about Rotary activity (meetings, membership, charity work).
8. On second meeting (or later in first meeting) your questions can be about business (work, education, travel etc)
9. On third meeting (or later in first or second meeting) your questions can be about personal life (interests, friends and family life).
10. Leaders always share a little bit of information about themselves when they are asking questions so that the other person feels that they can trust them.
