Sorry we had another meeting this morning – please advise how everything went and I trust that the team are all up to speed regarding the PMI visit.
Please can I ask that everyone is on their best performance next week for this PMI visit (in-fact – please ensure that our best people are “on task” during PMI visit and not trainees or unexperienced staff) – we have a lot to do in order to regain PMI confidence in STEC, especially as relates to QC (actually, our overall processing competence will be under scrutiny this time).
We simply cannot afford any unnecessary mistakes this time please – PMI are our single largest customer and STEC relies on their business.
