Someone wrote this on the facebook site of Andy Hall......Peter N Sheridan..I am told by a case watcher in Koh Tao that the Koh Samui prosecutor intends to rush the case to trail Tuesday morning at 9 AM, present evidence of DNA on the hoe (a public tool used by the boys to dig holes for candles they placed in the sand every night) as conclusive that the boys killed Hanna and David. And I am told further that the prosecution intends to have the boys murdered (he calls it execution) on or before 5 December when that fact will be buried in other news expected on that auspicious date.
Worse yet, I am told that the defense team will not be permitted to have a delay to allow the nation's highest respected forensic pathologist refute the DNA evidence and offer proof that the killings were without doubt emotionally driven as evidenced by the pre- and post-mortem violence done to both Hanna and David. How curious goes this reasoning that the two young hostages, Zaw and Win, did not flee but stayed on the island and at their jobs until they were arrested two weeks later!

I am further told that the usual British media have lost interest in this case and will not have reporters at the Koh Samui Court tomorrow, and that the prosecutor expects to have a guilty verdict by 4 PM tomorrow.

I find what I heard to be nearly impossible to believe, but then the source of this information claims to be very close to the two lads and is near hysterical in fear that their lives are already lost.

THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN. Andy, I have my own grave concerns that a Thai civil, as distinguished from a criminal defense lawyer, may not have the stamina, the skills, or the strength to provide the vigorous defense that may be needed to stop a rush to murder these two innocent lads.
