Job Description : Job Responsibilities • Responsible for end-to-end freight booking, freight audit and customer billings • Provide operational and customer service support function to customer accounts • Manage KPI performances and produce monthly reporting of key customer accounts in Asia Pacific • Support internal reporting, data reconciliation, FAC invoicing functions and ensure report accuracy • Serve as single point of contact (operations cum customer service) function to key accounts • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure orders are shipped according to shipping requirements, track and update shipment status • Prepare, validate and confirm Bill of Ladings • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address requirements/issues raised by customers • Provide and execute corrective & preventive action plans and follow up with review of effectiveness of action plans • Validate accuracies of carrier reports and reconcile FAC accounts for all carriers • Manage the invoicing and credit control of all FAC and provide aging report on a monthly basis • Support and/or coordinate other projects as they may be required and defined by the manager
