ARE YOUR ORGANISATION'S ANNUAL ACCOUNTS CURRENTLY SIGNED OFF BY QUALIFIED EXTERNAL AUDITORS (BASELINE), AND WILL THEY BE BY 2020 (TARGET)? Guidance - Annual accounts are drawn up at the end of each financial year. It is good practice and sometimes mandatory for any organisation above a certain size to have these accounts audited by an independent auditor. This enables others to place increased reliance on the figures contained within an audited set of annual accounts.
