Duties and Responsibilities :-
Perform payroll department operations
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transaction are processed accurately and timely
Reconcile payroll and validate confirmed report
Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
Work with Social Security and Revenue Department , Provident Fund Manager, Insurance provider and employees regarding to employee payroll and benefits
Qualifications :-
Bachelor degree in Business Administrator preferably Accounting/Finance
3-4 years experience in Business Administrative Function
Be familiar with labor law and local regulations
Good analytical skills
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and electronic file transmission (via internet).
Strong work ethic, customer-focused and a good team player
