pH and Temperature studies for asparaginase
Asparaginase activity was evaluated at different pH and temperature values. Crude and partially purified enzyme
was incubated with 0.04M asparaginase and 0.05M buffers of pH 4-10 under suitable assay condition and amount of ammonia liberated was find out. The optimum temperature for enzyme activity was studied by incubating the assay
mixture at temperature ranging from 10-1000C.
