Technostress affect our life of current technology that anyone can use in everyday life, such as a telephone via the Internet, people have the opportunity to meet people. No match social disease and causes such as Trigger Finger ,insomnia The computer can be what makes human life more easily. But these things are causing the stress my technostress arising from the use of the telephone for a long time 6-8 hours, day and night, and listening to loud music cause ear pain, excessive eye strain, headaches, insomnia.and I don't have enough sleep .How do I resolve these issues by Reduce the use of the phone. Listen to music the sound is good enough to go out and socialise with friends, go for a walk in the Park this will help reduce the technostress happens to me.
