6.2b(4) The Leader-Employee Activities Performance Office supports facility-specific, crossfacility,
and systemwide improvement projects and quantifies
improvements systemwide. The office tracks the activities
of improvement teams on the TillingNet Best Practices and
Improvement Portal, and the teams use the portal to manage
their projects and share best practices. The portal displays improvement activities at all facilities, so the Leader-Employee Activities Performance Office and
teams can see if another team has conducted a similar project
and contact that team to avoid “reinventing the wheel.”
