Purpose : To ensure that all employees are treated well. The staff canteen is under the joint supervision of the Human Resources Division and the Food & Beverage Division.
Procedure :
1. The Human Resources Division is responsible for assigning canteen staff to check all employees who come to the canteen and make sure that they wear the name tag and hotel uniform as well as the cleanliness of the dining.
2. The area employees who do not have the tag or do not wear the hotel uniform will be allowed to have a meal at the staff canteen.
3. The Human Resources Division by canteen staff is responsible for the ordering of groceries, cooking, serving of food and beverages, and the cleaning of the production and service areas and related utensils.
4. The Human Resources Division is responsible for issuing the weekly menu for staff canteen and distributing to all concerned in every department.
5. The opening hours of the canteen are as follows :
Meal Operating Hours
Breakfast : 05.30 – 07.00
Lunch : 10.30 – 14.00
Dinner : 16.00 – 19.00
Supper : 01.00 – 02.00
6. Since the canteen is structured according to a self-service flow, all employees are required to bring their own food and beverage container to the assigned place by themselves. Employees are also required to keep the place and equipment clean at all times.
7. Smoking and/or loitering in the canteen are strictly forbidden.
8. Food & Beverage must not be taken out of the canteen unless permitted by the Human Resources Division.
9. Any employee is entitled to only 2 (two) meals per working day.
