You can make these raw granola bars out of absolutely anything! All you need if a variety of nuts, dried fruit and dates (or prunes)! So simple and easy to make- an ideal snack for anytime of the day!
Makes: 12
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
20 pitted dates
10 pitted prunes (or dates)
1/4 cup cranberries (or any other dried fruit)
1/4 cup sultanas
2 tbs goji berries
1/2 cup natural almonds (or any nut)
1/2 natural cashews
2 tbs sunflower kernels
1 tbs chia seeds
2 tbs cocoa (or cinnamon)
2 tbs honey
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor and then gradually add a little water so that the chopped nuts/dried fruit come together to resemble a sticky mixture
2. Spread mixture evenly in a square baking dish and refrigerate for 20 minutes
