Premiums handled at standalone redemption booth (2x2 sqm – or flexible) in mall area with sufficient staff to cope with customer demand during day/week/month/peak times
· Redemption booth has space to display all the premiums in current campaigns
· 3rd party manages premiums stocks through own warehouse(s) and own logistics
· Manage availability through good planning with buyers/vendors, phasing delivery or reallocating among stores
· Provide reports to Tesco (and vendors) – redemption by store/by campaign/by day
· Pay for booth rental fee (to Mall Management team)
· Individual store stocks mainly kept at redemption booth (some space in Tesco’s warehouse can be provided)
