Aligned with Arrow “Workday” system implementation, the 2015 annual EPR exercise will be deferred. Details will be announced later. The process will take longer and hence the salary review and promotion exercise will be expected to be completed on or before April 2016. You will be notified the salary review / promotion result by then. The effective date will be still 1st January 2016 and the salary gap between January to March will be arranged on April payroll.
