I've been informed by our accounts team that your passport, ID card and your broadband bill have been accepted.
The last document cannot be translated therefore we would need to ask for a certified copy translated in English.
As we currently have 3 documents on file, we will open your account and send you a letter that can be used as your last document, your account will be active in the meantime and ready to trade on but our letter will need to be provided on a later stage to complete verification of your account.
You can also provide us with any other documents if you wish to.
We will contact you as soon as possible confirming your access details and all the additional services available for you.
