The oven temperature ramp program was done by applying the GC method. The fatty acids methyl esters’ identification was done by comparing the obtained mass spectra with NIST05.LIB and NIST05s.LIB (National Institute of Standards and Technology) libraries data using AMDIS-Chromatogram (GC–MS system) software. All data in this study are presented as mean (values) of triplicate of experimental and GC determinations.
