Annual Leave
On completion of the probation period, you shall be entitled to fourteen (14) days
annual paid leave (probation period and maternity leave excluded) for each calendar
year (part years’ service shall be pro-rated in terms of leave entitlement), to be taken
at a time or times convenient to, and as may be approved by, the Company.
However, the Company may at its absolute discretion, allow the paid leave not taken
to be accumulated and carried forward to any subsequent year of service. If
employment is terminated before the completion of a year of service in respect of which
you have taken annual leave in advance, the Company may deduct from any money
owing to you, an amount equal to the pay for the relevant period of leave not earned.
