Im trying to use your InLab OptiOx to measure dissolved oxygen in one of our viscous products (Sweetened Condensed Milk). The objective of the measurement is to determine if we have successfully dearated our product. However, we always measure a higher value after our dearator than before (5ppm before vs 6ppm after). These results are not in line with our hypothesis, which is why I would like to check with you if the instrument is suitable for measuring in our product. The product specifications are as follows:72% Total solids10% FatVisco = 600cps before dearator and 2100cps after (due to homogenization of product). The visco is measured by brooksfield.
