4. Then start filling the red tank up to 50 BarG measure the purity and time how long this takes too. Then flush the tank till it is empty an fill again up to 50 BarG to be sure that Nitrogen is 99.9% pure in the whole system

This data is needed to have to be able to solve the performance of the individual arts as well to be able to address eventual problems. To measure is to know (translation of a Dutch saying: Meten is Weten).
Because of missing parts the system is not working as is was originally designed.
We can alter the system to catch-up as much as possible and make it close to work therefore need to install parts.
