Food
I eat instant noodles and bread almost every morning , it not good for healthy but easy to cook in morning . it give provide sufficient energy to the body in the morning. lunch I like to eat rice with pork stir-fried and fried egg almost every days ,someday noodles . when evening I love to eat sushi almost everyday >[]<" sometimes sukiyaki and milkshake . snack I like to eat Tee-lek seaweed so much and conflex but conflex it same as cereal it good for healthy and give enough energy same as rice. in 1 day I will eat water about 3-6 glasses.
Exercise
I exercise T25 [maybe 2 times in a week] for make muscles but I can exercise T25 about 15-20 minute only. I walk in University and Market village almost everyday but when I feel tired ,I will very hungry then after very hungry I will eat too much hahaha.
Effect
I feel fatter when I do like that
