Dear .....
I am one owner of apartment unit...? @ the Concord Condominium , Sukhumvit soi 15 .
I am sorry having to trouble you but I write this letter to you as last resort since I seem not to have any success with getting corporation or good service from the management of Concord's building .
My apartment being located at the second floor under all the apartments above , have been facing constant leakages and even flooding from rain and floor drains , damaging my solid wood floors , living room ceiling and collection of valuable books and furniture .
This problem is on going for several years and I have had to repair the damages my self over the past years . Several months ago when the leakage happen again , I had to hire an engineer to advise how to fix the cracked cement shaft and proposed quotation to fix ..
The quote was not accepted but I managed to get the building management to bring their own appointed contractor to fix the water leakage in my living room and repair the damaged ceiling last month .
However this was not done correctly as the contractor did not use " non shrink " cement according to our engineer's advice .
The problems of leakages must be examined from all the upper top units to determine where the start of the problem is in order to fix the or redirect or drain the water leakages properly .
This must be executed by the management of the building asap to prevent further damages .
Currently I do not have any idea when the water leakages will stop flooding my living room , when can i take away the buckets and plastic protection sheets , when the large hole in the ceiling can be fixed and when i can rearrange , clean up and use my living room again .
Please advise
Best regards
Robin
