Please ensure that all HOD’s catch up before the end of the month.
If they don’t, be ready to issue warnings by the end of the month as I was flexible in the 1st month (Aug) but won’t be that flexible in Sept.
This shouldn’t be pushed by HR, but driven by the HOD’s & it shouldn’t be necessary to follow up like this if all HOD’s planned & executed according to plan.
If they can’t make it themselves, then have the #2 in their department stand by to do the training.
HOD’s should be planning proactively to keep on schedule as I know that they can.
